All fully paid registrations are transferable to other persons from the same organization if the registered person is unable to attend the event. Transfers must be made by the registered person in writing to email@example.com. Details must be included the full name of replacement person, their title, contact phone number, and email address. All other registration details will be assigned to the new person unless otherwise specified. However, Registration cannot be transferred if it is intimated within 15 days before the conference.
All cancellations or modifications of registration must be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. All registrations are subject to the cancellation policy. Cancellations must be made in writing by the deadline date. Telephone cancellations will NOT be accepted. Refunds or credits will not be given for failure to attend or late arrival. Refunds will be processed 8-10 weeks after the meeting.

Accommodation Providers (Hotels) have their own cancellation policies, and they generally apply when cancellations are made less than 30 days prior to arrival. Please contact us as soon as possible, if you wish to cancel or amend your accommodation.
Delegates are personally responsible for their belongings at the venue. The committee will not be held responsible for any stolen or missing items belonging to participants; due to any reason whatsoever.
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind.
Credit card transaction will be processed by PASARIND (Pasarind will appears in your payment processing page and credit card bill).
Please note that any (or) all transportation and parking is the registrant's responsibility.
Press permission must be obtained from the Committee before the event. The press will not quote speakers or delegates unless they have obtained written approval.
For security purposes, an invitation letter will be sent to anyone who has registered for the conference. After your registration is complete, please contact email@example.com.
For all our meetings, delegates are encouraged to provide feedback on their meetings international conference experience via a short survey. The information on the survey will be made known to participants during the conference.
